The Greig Lifestyles
The Greig LifeStyles is a newly refurbished and extended sports, health and fitness complex situated in Alcester, Warwickshire.
Anyone is welcome to use the facilities on either a pay as you go basis or by annual membership. Please see our membership page for more details on how to join.
Opening Times: 7am to 10pm Weekdays and 8.30am to 5pm Weekends and Bank Holidays
We are open every day except Christmas Day, Boxing day and New Year's Day.
Facilities
Our facilities include:
- Health Studio - Fully air conditioned fitness suite with over 49 pieces of equipment including steppers, treadmills, rowers, resistance and free weights.
- Dance Studio- With sprung floor and air conditioning. Regular Fitball, Aerobics and Pilates classes available.
- 4 Court Sports Hall - Suitable for a variety of games and sports including badminton, basketball, table tennis and football
- 2 Squash courts- In a separate bulidng with changing rooms, showers and toilets
- Other multi-use rooms available
- Rest areawith refreshments
