'GET - SET - GO' Activity Sessions
Aged 45 or over? Come and join one of our regular activity sessions and health walks and stay active, get fit, meet new people, and have fun!
'GET ACTIVE' - DROP-IN ACTIVITY SESSIONS (£1.00)
Come and play sport just for fun, or why not challenge others to a game? Suitable for all levels and abilities - no experience is necessary and equipment is provided, but please feel free to bring your own if you want to. Activities include table tennis, badminton and indoor short mat bowls (subject to availability - maximum capacity of 24 people).

'SET THE PACE' - FREE GUIDED HEALTH WALKS
Walking is a great way to improve your health in a safe, sociable and enjoyable way. We can accommodate a variety of levels and abilities - trained walk leaders will lead each walk through the countryside surrounding Alcester. You can either join us for a shorter route, which will last about an hour, or stay for a longer more challenging walk which will last for about an hour and a half. No specialist equipment is necessary - just dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable sensible outdoor shoes or trainers. Why not stay after your walk and join us for a regular social get together in a local coffee shop?
